  • Follow through with other Realtors whom show your property, for feedback, to answer any questions and promote the benefits of your property
  • Negotiate the transaction when an offer is submitted
  • Finalize the sale contract
  • I follow up on your buyers progress, whether is be obtaining financing to just gathering community information
